Why Port Harcourt buyers choose screen glasses
Port Harcourt has a busy mix of office staff in oil, gas and services, bankers, remote workers, creatives and students. If your day means long hours on a laptop, spreadsheets and phone, anti blue light lenses may feel more comfortable. They are a comfort aid, not a medical treatment, so breaks and an eye test still matter.
Photochromic blue cut lenses suit people who go from an office to bright sun and back, because they filter screen light indoors and darken outdoors. Heat also matters: do not leave glasses in a hot car, and read our guide to cleaning and storing blue light glasses to keep the coating in good shape.
Choose your lens
| Lens | What it does | From |

| Anti blue light | Clear lenses that filter part of the blue light from phones, laptops and TV | ₦10,000 |
| Photochromic blue cut | Filters screen light indoors and darkens in the sun | ₦12,000 |
| Photochromic | Clear indoors, darkens in the sun, UV400 protection | ₦12,000 |
| With your prescription | Any lens above, made to your prescription | Confirmed on WhatsApp |
