Do I Need Glasses?
Not sure whether you need glasses? Common signs include blurry vision, headaches after reading or screens, and tired or sore eyes. Only an eye test from a qualified optometrist can tell you for certain. Lens & Co by Tiara is an eyewear brand, not an eye clinic, so we cannot test your eyes. Once you have a prescription, we can make your glasses. If you only want comfort on long screen days, you can also choose screen glasses without a prescription.
Signs you may need glasses
- Blurry vision, up close or in the distance.
- Headaches after reading, studying or screen time.
- Tired, sore or watery eyes.
- Squinting to read signs, the board or your phone.
- Holding your phone or book closer or further away than before.
- Trouble seeing at night or while driving.
These signs have many possible causes, so they do not mean you definitely need glasses. They are a good reason to book an eye test.

If you do not need a prescription
If your eye test shows that your vision is fine, you may still want glasses for comfort. Screen glasses have anti blue light lenses for long hours on a phone or laptop, and photochromic glasses darken in the sun. They do not correct vision.
When to get medical help straight away
See a doctor or eye specialist urgently if you have sudden loss of vision, eye pain, a sudden shower of floaters, or flashes of light. Do not wait for glasses.

What if I do not know my prescription?
You need an eye test to get a prescription. Once you have it, upload it on our prescription page and we will confirm your lenses, price and delivery date on WhatsApp before you pay.
