About Lens & Co by Tiara
Lens & Co by Tiara is an eyewear brand based in Ogba, Lagos, Nigeria. We sell Anti Blue Light, Photochromic and Photochromic Blue Cut glasses, Clear Lens, titanium frames and laptop stands, online and in-store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
All prices on this site are shown in Naira (₦) and may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a short wait, or a refund.
Payment
We accept payment through Paystack, including card and bank transfer. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successful.
Prescription orders
If you order prescription lenses, you are responsible for the accuracy of the prescription you upload or send us. Your lenses are made through our partner opticians based on the details you provide. We recommend confirming your prescription with us on WhatsApp before we produce your order, since prescription lenses cannot be exchanged once made.
Delivery
We deliver across all 36 states and the FCT. Delivery within Lagos usually takes 24 to 48 hours, and 3 to 7 working days outside Lagos after production. Full details are in our delivery policy.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
You can get a full refund if your order arrives damaged or is not as advertised, as long as you report it within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges are only available for Anti Blue Light glasses, since Photochromic, Photochromic Blue Cut, Clear Lens and prescription orders are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold. For an eligible exchange, you cover the delivery cost unless the mistake is ours, in which case we cover delivery both ways. Full details are in our refund, return and exchange policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photos, graphics, and the Lens & Co by Tiara name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website, except where liability cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
