Delivery within Lagos
Orders delivered within Lagos usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours. The exact time depends on your lens type. Frames with ready lenses ship fastest. Prescription lenses and some lens coatings need to be produced before your glasses can be dispatched.
Delivery outside Lagos
Orders delivered outside Lagos take 3 to 7 working days after production. Production time depends on your lens type, and we tell you the expected date before your order ships.
How lens type affects timing
- Frames with ready lenses: dispatched fastest.
- Prescription lenses: made to your prescription first, then dispatched.
- Photochromic and photochromic blue cut lenses: timing depends on the lens and your prescription. We confirm it on WhatsApp.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees depend on your location. We confirm the fee with you before your order is dispatched.
