This policy explains how Lens & Co by Tiara ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you shop with us online, on WhatsApp or in our store at Shop 12SF, Suite A, Goldrim Plaza, Opposite Ajayi Junction, Yaya Abatan Road, Ogba, Lagos. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- Prescription details: the prescription values and prescription photo or file you choose to send us, used only to make your lenses.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or other channels.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you join our mailing list.
What stays on your device
Photos you use in the Virtual Try-On and Face Shape Tool are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to us. Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. Your prescription file only reaches us if you attach it in WhatsApp yourself.
How we use your information
- To process, make and deliver your order.
- To confirm prescriptions, prices and delivery dates with you.
- To answer your questions and give after-sales support.
- To send news about new arrivals, only if you ask to receive it.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with delivery partners (to deliver your order) and payment providers (to process payment). We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
Your prescription is sensitive information. We use it only to make your glasses, keep it only as long as needed for your order and any aftercare, and never use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from loss or misuse.
