What are your opening hours?
Our store is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, except Thursday, when we open at 10:00 am. We are closed on Sundays. You can shop online and message us on WhatsApp any time.
Where is Lens & Co by Tiara located?
Our store is at Shop 12SF, Suite A, Goldrim Plaza, Opposite Ajayi Junction, Yaya Abatan Road, Ogba, Lagos. Goldrim Plaza is directly opposite Ajayi Junction on Yaya Abatan Road. You can also shop online and we deliver across Nigeria.
How long does delivery take in Lagos?
Delivery within Lagos is usually within 24 to 48 hours. The exact time depends on your lens type: frames with ready lenses ship fastest, while prescription lenses need to be produced first.
How long does delivery take outside Lagos?
Delivery outside Lagos takes 3 to 7 working days after your glasses are produced. Production time depends on your lens type, and we confirm the timeline with you before dispatch.
Do you deliver across Nigeria?
Yes. We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Delivery cost depends on your location and is confirmed before your order ships.
What is the difference between anti blue light, photochromic and photochromic blue cut lenses?
Anti blue light lenses stay clear and filter blue light from phones, laptops and TV. Photochromic lenses are clear indoors and darken in sunlight. Photochromic blue cut lenses do both: they filter screen light and darken outdoors.
Do photochromic lenses protect my eyes from UV?
Yes. Our photochromic lenses carry UV400 protection, which blocks UVA and UVB rays when you are outdoors.
Do you offer clear lenses?
Yes. Choose Clear Lens for plain clear lenses with no tint or filter. It is the standard choice for everyday prescription glasses.
Can I get prescription lenses?
Yes. Upload your prescription on our Prescription page, choose your lens and frame, and send the details to us on WhatsApp. Your lenses are made through our partner opticians, and we confirm your lenses, price and delivery date before you pay.
Is Lens & Co an optician or eye clinic?
No. Lens & Co by Tiara is an eyewear brand. We sell anti blue light, photochromic and photochromic blue cut glasses, and we work with partner opticians to make prescription lenses. For an eye test, visit a qualified optometrist.
Do you sell laptop stands?
Yes. Our laptop stand has 9 cooling fans with adjustable speed, 7 height levels, a built-in LED light and a free selfie light. It costs ₦40,000 with free delivery nationwide and a 2-year warranty. You can order it online, on WhatsApp or at the store in Ogba, Lagos.
How much do glasses cost at Lens & Co?
Our glasses cost from ₦5,000 to ₦49,500, depending on the frame and lens type. Lens care accessories start from ₦500.
How do I know which frames suit my face?
Use our free Face Shape Tool. Upload a photo or answer three quick questions to find your face shape, then see frames styled to balance your features.
Can I try glasses on before I buy?
Yes. Our Virtual Try-On lets you upload a photo, place any frame on your face, adjust the size and compare up to three frames side by side.
Are your frames unisex?
Most of our frames are unisex. Each product page lists the frame size, shape and who it is styled for.
